ello, my name is Robert Duffy, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I became aware of Scientology in 1981. I did not have a religion to call my own. I had been raised a Catholic and at the age of 15, decided it was not for me. I had too many questions and no answers. I read a little about different religions but none impressed me much. So, for about 13 years, I was in a religious wilderness. I had gone through all the drinking, partying and smoking dope but under it all, I kept thinking to myself, there has to be more to life and I had so many unanswered questions. A friend I worked with was, unbeknown to me, a Scientologist but he had never mentioned it. He had partied and drunk and smoked as hard as any of us but then he changed dramatically. He got his life together and it was noticeable so I asked him how he did it. He told me he had used the technology of Scientology. So I thought to myself, I have to find out about this. The rest is history - 18 years later, I am still happy with my new religion. I am married with a beautiful wife and twin boys aged 7. I still haven’t found my niche as far as a business career is concerned but each thing I have tried has been taken on and done successfully. Together with my wife, I support the Applied Scholastics network. I find this area very interesting because you are dealing with education. I worked as a church staff member for a number of years, as a Course Supervisor, which meant that I helped people through study courses and self-improvement courses and I got to see how the study technology worked.

     This is really needed in the education system. My twin boys attend a school that uses the study technology developed by L. Ron Hubbard so they are very fortunate indeed. I put my support behind all of the groups that are using Scientology technology because they are the solution to this dying planet.

     We have seen what other solutions have produced so it is time to put some truth on the line!
