If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.

     This book really helped me with My problems in life and spotting things that could irritate me. This book has taught me different ways to spot many things that I never thought I could spot.

     I can confront things that I could not before.
