If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics 55!
This book really helped me understand the mechanics of communication. Just being more aware of what to do helped. Dianetics 55! helped me understand that I could create more Affinity, Reality and Communication. Just reading the book helped me want to communicate more.
