If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me with increasing my understanding of myself and to distinguish between using my body or being used by it.
It also gave me tools to live through and overcome difficult situations in life.
