If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book helped me with being able to face up to problems and solving them. It has given me a better attitude to work, and improved my ability to carry out activities to completion.
